There are countless event formats out there, but whether it's a conference, international retreat, or summer school: Events are only successful when they meet or exceed the expectations of the target audience. But what exactly do your participants expect from your event? This training and its accompanying materials are the essence of a three-year research project in Vienna that analyzed the expectations and needs of event participants. The careful distillation of all re-search results led to 9 core expectations and 39 solutions for meeting them optimally.
Guided by an event expert, you will immediately develop suitable designs with our digital deck of cards. With our collaborative approach, everyone on the team can contribute their knowledge and ideas to create professional event designs during the training and future meetings.

This conference design training has been developed to address the global need for effective conference design. Beneficial for science managers, international researchers and graduates, the training equips participants with the skills to collaborate seamlessly in intercultural setting. With over fifteen years in adult education, Moritz Colmant has worked with training and conference providers, publishers, and the German Social Accident Insurance. As a trainer, he collaborates with over thirty European universities, focusing on personnel and organizational development, and graduate and postdoctoral training. His extensive experience and deep insights into the university sector enrich his approach, ensuring that participants gain in-depth knowledge on working within the university conference area, making him a valuable asset in educational and organizational development.
