But what exactly do your participants expect from your event? This training and its accompanying materials are the essence of a three-year research project in Vienna that analyzed the expectations and needs of event participants. The careful distillation of all re-search results led to 9 core expectations and 39 solutions for meeting them optimally.
This conference design training has been developed to address the global need for effective conference design. Beneficial for science managers, international researchers and graduates, the training equips participants with the skills to collaborate seamlessly in intercultural setting. It will provide them with the opportunity to actively approach professors, foundations, and third-party funders, present innovative, well-thought-out ideas, and acquire skills that can be beneficial in future professional endeavors. It was created for curious individuals who want to bring not just one ace up their sleeve to the next conference planning team, but an entire deck of cards.
